Arvada Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Arvada, Colorado. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with the City Clerk, Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, Jefferson Assessor, Jefferson Combined Court, Colorado Judicial Branch, CDPHE, DORA, or any other custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules

11. Colorado Governing Law
Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access in Colorado is addressed by the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 to 206. Criminal-justice records may also be governed by the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-301 to 309. Colorado vital-statistics confidentiality is addressed by C.R.S. §25-2-117, and covered consumer privacy rights are addressed by the Colorado Privacy Act, C.R.S. §§6-1-1301 et seq. Those laws govern the responsible public custodian, not this private reference.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
