Information You Enter
When a visitor submits a name, phone number, or address in a search form, that entry is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. The site's own servers do not keep a copy of the search. A message sent to the operators contains only the information the sender chooses to provide, and it is used to respond.
Routine Technical Logs
The hosting service records ordinary server information such as an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps keep the pages working and shows which resources receive attention. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
These data support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and page improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create an individual profile from ordinary use of the reference.
Links Beyond Arvada Directory
Links may lead to the City Clerk's Records and Requests page and JustFOIA, the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, the Jefferson Assessor, Jefferson Combined Court, the Colorado Judicial Branch, CDPHE, DORA, libraries, archives, or sponsored search providers. After a visitor leaves, the destination's privacy policy governs what is submitted there. Sponsored results are supplied by a third party.
Who May Receive Technical Data
Hosting and support vendors may process the server logs described above. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data used for their stated functions. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise is not shared outside the purposes described here.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only for as long as the purposes above require. No account is offered, so this site does not hold a visitor password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact the operators so it can be removed.
Your Colorado Privacy Choices
Where it applies, the Colorado Privacy Act, C.R.S. §§6-1-1301 et seq., may provide access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights for personal data held by a covered business. Because this reference keeps very little, a request usually means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing what is found when removal is appropriate. Use the Contact page to ask.
Public records held by the City of Arvada, Jefferson County, the Colorado Judicial Branch, CDPHE, or DORA remain under the custodian's rules. CORA, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 to 206, governs Colorado public-record access, while criminal-justice records may fall under CCJRA, C.R.S. §§24-72-301 to 309. C.R.S. §25-2-117 keeps Colorado vital-statistics records confidential. A request to this reference cannot erase or change a government record; those questions belong with the office that holds it.
